Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management solution, which will give you total command over your email accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate user interface, you can create a new email box in no time and manage its settings easily. Also, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, create mail filters, set up auto-response messages and shield your e-mailbox accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email box accounts against spam email messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific electronic mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are great for filtering your incoming emails on the basis of specific rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can easily create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and choose the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one e-mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply choose the email box account you wish to redirect email messages from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can accomplish that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
