Hepsia's File Manager permits you to administer the content of your website with simple point & click maneuvers. Right-click context menus allow quick access to different file manipulation options, whereas handy drag & drop functionality will allow you to upload new files from your computer in an instant. You will also find in-built file editors and an image viewer. You will be able to compress and unarchive files easily too.
Fast File Uploads and Downloads
Working with the File Manager feels like working with your desktop computer. The in-built drag-and-drop functionality will permit you to effortlessly transfer files between your personal computer and the hosting server. Simply select the file that you would like to upload from your desktop computer and then drag it to your browser. The same applies to downloading a file from the File Manager to your desktop. Also, you can download files and even folders to your personal computer by pushing the Download button.
Easy File Editing Options
With the File Manager, you can create a brand new file or folder with just a single mouse click. All action buttons are conveniently placed above the file/folder list and you can modify your files with ease. You can rename or copy a file, move a file to a different folder, view the contents of a file or update its permissions, delete a file, and so on.
Handy Archive/Unarchive Functionality
With the File Manager GUI, you will be able to pack and uncompress all types of files. It works astonishingly fast - just select the files you wish to archive and press the Compress button. You can even select the archive file format (.rar, .zip, and so on). It is just as easy to extract an archive file to a specified folder.
File Editors
With the File Manager, you actually do not need any external software in order to modify your files. There is an image viewer, which allows you to preview the contents of your image files to get an idea of how the images will in fact show up on your site. Furthermore, you will find a set of in-built file editors, which will grant you full command over your files. The plain text editor and the code editor are meant for more competent individuals, while the WYSIWYG editor (where you can see all HTML code changes in real time) is also suitable for technically inexperienced users.
